Malicious Adward attack
Just updated OS X to 10.10.5 and Safari won't open says it has a malicious adward attack. Gives a phone number to fix but sounds like some back room operation. Any ideas?

Choose Force Quit from the Apple menu, close Safari, and then launch it with the Shift key held down. If the message reappears, disconnect the computer from the Internet for long enough to erase that site from the browser history.

It's a scam. Force quit Safari. Hold the shift key and relaunch it.
Didn't work when I started up Safari and held down the shift key but when I disconnected from the Internet it worked perfectly. Many thanks.
