how to reinstall safari

my safari is not working properly despite i have updated the OS. is there a way to reinstall it? how i can improve it

MacBook Pro (15-inch Mid 2010)

Please download and install EtreCheck from http://www.etresoft.com/etrecheck

Run it and post the report here.

Reinstalling OS X rarely fixes an existing problem with Safari.

What exactly do you mean by: "not working properly"
