I have a new iPhone 5c with an iOS Beta expired

Bought my wife a new iPhone 5c from a provider in Melbourne and it has an expired iOS Beta message and no option to fix it or back it up.

This is a brand new phone, not a reconditioned phone.

If I have to send it back to the seller it will take days to go back and come back again.

Is there a fix and what sort of idiot company puts a beta out without a back up?

Take it back to the seller. No new iPhone should be sold with a beta version of iOS on it.

The iPhone you have is used and not new. Your beef is with the provider in Melbourne, not

with Apple.
