The attempt to burn a disc failed. The disk could not read

Hello, I purchased a brand new computer with Windows 10, I have installed ITunes 12.2.2.25. When I attempt to burn a play list to a new disc I get the following error message:

"The attempt to burn a disc failed. The disk count not be read from or written to"

I tried several different brands of disks, the disks that failed work in other computers

I am able to burn files directly to disks using the new computer so the drive is functioning with the same discs

This narrows it down to an iTunes problem
