Mail search has stopped working. It instantly finishes and does not show any results.
I recently installed a new drive, cloning the previous one.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5), MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012)
The Mail index is seperate from the Spotlight index. Spotlight is working. It finds emails.
