Why does my Focus Zone Grid appear on my Photos?

I have a Nikon D200. When I loaded my pix from my last shoot, every picture has recorded the Focus Zone grid (JPEG and RAW); however, the grid isn't there in the JPEG originals when I import them into Apple's Photos app. Is there any way to remove the grid from my photos in Aperture 3.6? Thanks.

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

If you look in the file info tab of the inspector there is an icon near the top right for the focus points. click on it and the overlay on your images should go away.
