Cannot burn purchased music to CD

I tried to burn some downloaded songs to CD - received an error stating that music from apple music cannot be burned to CD. So I purchased the entire playlist, and I continue to get the same error. What is going on?

You may need to download the purchases rather than try to burn the Apple Music files. There are two different files types of the same music and the Apple Music one is protected.

I just finished doing that, however the songs that I downloaded and purchased from Apple do not appear in my "purchased" list - however on the iTunes store, they are showing just fine... I still don't know what to do. Am I still missing something?
