Is there an apple aux cable extender with a remote?

The phone cover that I use currently has a diameter too small to let most aux cables to connect to my phone.

I was hoping that there is an extender available with the same diameter cable that the original iPhone 4S headphones came with.

The remote is just a bonus to make playing music on my stereo through my phone easier.
