my iphone 4s doesn't turn on after actualization 8.4.1

Hello everybody 🙂

Well I have a iphone 4s and after an actualisation to 8.4.1. version this doesn't turn on. I have been tried restore with the itunes, the mobile receive the data but doesn't work. At the moment just have like a cloudy white spot in its screem. Someone else has had this problem and has been solved?.
