AFTER RESTORE AND UPDATE MY IPHONE4 -ACTIVATION ERROR OCCURED

After resotre and update my iphoe4 there is error occoured -activation error and call customer support ,and i am using itunes in windows 7 in my laptop,pls help me to solve the same.
