Deleted Account, does deleting an account automatically remove all devices?

Hello, My itunes account was deleted by someone and now I have two devices that show they are connected to the icloud account that was that account, obviously the password is not working now because there is no account for it despite creating a new account with the same email address.

But if I did a full reset all data and settings would the phones come back saying they are still locked to the deleted account or not?

Help would be great in answering this question.

Welcome to the Apple community.

You cannot delete an Apple ID. If you sign out of iCloud on one device all it does is remove the data associated with that account from that device. ICloud and iTunes are different services.

It's a little difficult to know exactly what you mean, could you possibly restate your problem bearing in mind what I have said in the first paragraph.
