As my whats app expired and it tells me to update for updating the ID which i have given and i have forgotten the password . so i want to change the id for signing i tunes stores for to update my whats up app

You can sign out of an account by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on an iOS device, and Store > Sign Out menu option on a computer's iTunes. If you want your apps to be linked to a new account you will have to delete them from your device (and computer's iTunes library if they are in it) and download/buy them on the new account - all items (apps, music etc) will remain tied to the account that downloaded them.
