Hi I need to turn off the Google search in the address bar of Safari because I want to connect to my router by http //192.168.1.1/
Instead Google does a search and I get search results

Try typing just the numbers in without the http.

Click here: http://192.168.1.1/
You're missing the colon after the http, at least in your post. If you do that in the address bar, it will error as you describe.
