iOS 8.4 not syncing properly

Since upgrading to iOS 8.4, I have noticed that when I back up my phone to iTunes, movies that have been deleted on the phone are still showing up as being on the phone in the movies tab (I manually put on movies and music) and I have to delete them from the movies section in iTunes. This doesn't happen in iOS 8.3 (iPad still running that), so have ruled out the issue being with iTunes. I remember that this happened on either iOS 8.1 or 8.2 and was rectified with 8.3. However, the issue has now returned with 8.4. I don't know if 8.4.1 will resolve the problem.
