Q: Phone stuck on Apple Logo??

My phone wasn't connecting to wifi so i backed it up and erased all content ready to restore it but then it just came up with error
it was still being recognized by Itunes but now its not and stuck on apple logo then keeps going flat and as soon as i charge it it just stays on apple logo

Also my sleep button doesnt work :/

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4
