What is the restore app on iOS?

i Just noticed that in the last 24 hours 5% of my battery has gone on Restore see sttached. Not sure what this app does since I have not restored anything?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

Hi

thanks for your reply. I do have a watch which I am still getting to grips with! I had not consciously performed a restore which is what confused me.
