iPhone/iPad not syncing with iTunes with Windows 10.

Could someone please help me update my Apple Device USB Drivers? I can't sync my 1 day old iPad Air 2 WiFi for it's first sync with iTunes and my iPhone 5s also won't sync with iTunes. I have Windows 10, and I updated my iTunes today to 8.4.1. I wanted to back up my iPhone before I do the update on that so I don't lose my information, but the USB won't recognise the phone anymore, and the iPhone Device icon doesn't appear in iTunes.

I've updated iTunes software, restarted my computer, phone and iPad (each of them, a couple of times), I've tried to update drivers in Windows, but it seems to suggest that they're up-to-date. But the Apple Device USB drivers are not listed in Device Manager (Windows 10), so this is likely to be the issue.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
