Speaker Quality issue

15 days back I brought iphone6 in India with great anticipation and admiration, the reason to buy a new phone was my iphone5s had a broken screen. I am shocked to discover the new phone has issue with ear piece speaker and it’s making crackling noise on calls.

Even though the service center acknowledge's the issue they are not willing to replace my phone, instead they want to replace the speaker, this has further disappointed me. How do i allow them to rip open my brand new phone? Should I settle for repaired phone at full price ?

I am a huge fan of apple. I trust your quality, service and vision for ease of user interface, This incident is really unbecoming of Apple, it’s a shame I had to write this.
