Hi,
I have my iMac 21.5" mid 2011 for 4 years now, and I'd like to replace it with mac mini because it's too slow and doesnt fit to my needs anymore.
My question is if it is possible to connect mac mini (with 2.6 Ghz and 8 GB of RAM) to the screen if my iMac and will it be as fast as i connect the mini to a regular screen??
I won't use the imac anymore as a computer, just as a screen.

It should work just fine. You will have to use a Thunderbolt cable to connect the two
and you need to boot the iMac in Target Display Mode (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204592).
And what about camera? does the mac mini have a camera and a mic? and if i want to use the camera on the iMac?
No, not the camera. The link that Woodmeister 50 provided includes

A Mac that's connected to an iMac in Target Display Mode can't use the iMac's built-in camera, its USB, ThunderBolt, or FireWire ports, or devices connected to those ports. To use external devices with your Mac, connect these devices directly to the Mac you want to use them with.
As lllaass has pointed out, the iMac will be nothing more than a screen.
You will need to get a USB Cam/mic combo of which there are many that will work with
Macs.
