In 4K screen menu bar shrinks

I have a Mac Pro (Larte 2013) and an Asus 4K monitor. Everything works great till I switch the display preferences to 4K. The Top Menu Bar shrinks to an unreadable size, like ants feet size. Please let me know where the adjustment to resize the Top Menu Bar

Mac Pro, OSX Yosimite, latest undate.

Not that Macs with 4K or greater screens have a feature for this "problem" but it does not apply for added screens.
