Scrambled up albums on my music

Why are some of the tracks on my albums suddenly wrong? For instance, playing a Bowie album last night and two tracks that had the right album titles turned out to be tracks from a Jo Bonamassa album that I have.

What is going on and how can I correct such problems?

I have my iPhone, Macbook Pro and iPad synched.
