How to reset iPhone 4 without iTunes?

I need to reset my iPhone 4 but my pc wont recognize it by USB Cable.

How can i reset without itunes/connect to pc?

Tks.

iPhone 4, iOS 8.4.1

If you mean restore as a new device, no. You need iTunes on a computer to do that. However, you can reset a number of things via the Setting app > General > Reset

Also, you can take it to an Apple store to have it reset there, if you want.

Actually i feel i need to downgrade the iOS...

After the update some things like Camera and Location stoped to work properly.

Ill need to plug for sure.
