Why doesn't my iphone 5 screen rotate?
My photo orientation stopped working. The screen doesn't rotate
iPhone 5, iOS 8.4.1

In home screen swipe up control panel make sure padlock icon
Is off also check switch on side of iPhone .

What does that have to do with Orientation Lock on the iPhone? That is a Mute switch. While you can program that for the iPad, it does not for the iPhone.
