No image on podcast

No image on podcast

HI,

I recently submitted a podcast and it has been accepted. The iTunes URL is https://itunes.apple.com/in/podcast/foundersgyan/id1033026077

while the podcast feed is at http://feeds.feedburner.com/foundersgyan

I'm just wondering why the image is not being displayed even though it's part of the feed:

<itunes:image href="http://www.foundersgyan.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/foundersgyan_itunes.png" />

and the file itself is accessible and is 1400 x 1400 (as per Feedburner's guidelines)

Help much appreciated

The image appears to be OK: the podcast appears to have been up for just over a week - it can take some days for the image to appear in the Store so it's probably just a question of waiting.

after almost 2 weeks and multiple support tickets, there is no change in the status of the image. Any ideas how I can escalate within Apple to solve this?

Go to https://itunespodcasts.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and click the disclosure triangle at the right of the 'Choose a topic' field - choose 'Other' and proceed from there.
