I want to download updates for FB, WhatsApp, Adobe and Messenger on my Iphone 4S. It required my Apple ID but the one I use on my laptop does not want to give me access??

All of your devices should be using the same Apple ID if you want the system to work, so change the iPhone to match the laptop.
Where do I start with my Iphone?
Settings>iCloud>Sign Out. Then sign back in with the correct ID and password (the same as the laptop)
Apologies but I only get as far as sign in on I Cloud, see no sign out
