i'm trying to restore my iphone and even i'm trying to update to ios 8.4.1 but it could not be restored because of unknow error occurred 3194. please tell me how to fix it ??

but in my computer itunes is latest and i uninstall the security software and im using the usb cables directly to my laptop and i m not using any extra usb cable.. please help me

Then the next thing to do would be to Contact Apple Support. Or just go straight to the Genius Bar. Whichever is easier.
What version of iOS are you trying to install. Sounds like you are trying to put the wrong version on the device and have caused the error. Is the device jailbroken?

no its not jailbroken device. i just updated my device to ios 8.4.1. but i have to restore my device but always getting the error 3194

what do you mean ?
(1) make sure you're running the latest version of iTunes
(2) If you already followed all the instructions (all of them), and you're still having problems, you can either use a friends computer, or take it to a Genius Bar.

I don't know why it is happening. You would probably get better answers if you post in the iTunes forum. Some of the people here (like myself) don't know much about iTunes but more about the iPhone. I've given you all the answers I can.

Just follow thease steps it may work it may not .
Turn OFF iPhone
Connect lead to USB on your PC
Press & hold power button down Don't let go on iPhone .
Connect lead to iPhone keep power button
Pressed down until PC sees iPhone .
Wait for restore .
You may need to do this a few times before it works.
If it doesn't contact Apple to send you a packing box if
You can't get to an Apple Store .
