Itunes File Options

I am running a very complete Itunes library on my homesharing PC running itunes 12.2

It is working very successfully with 2x ATV3 and 1x ATV1

One question:

Under the FILE options in the library on any content (Music, Mp4 Movie or series) you can set start durations and specific normalisation volumes.

I have tried this with quite a few pieces of content, but it does not seem to go to ATV3 or any devices accessing the library.

Any ideas on how to go about this? And get it to work?
