If I understand your issue, you have an app installed on your iPad that does not have a title to it, and you aren't able to delete it. The first thing I would suggest is to try to redownload the purchase using the App store app on your iPad. If you tap on Updates, then Purchased, you should see the icon for the app even if you don't see the title. The app developer should also be listed. From this screen you should be able to update the app, and then you can delete it.

Remove an app using the steps below:
- Tap and hold on the app until it jiggles.
- Tap the X in the upper-left corner to delete.
You might be asked to confirm that you want to delete the app. If you see a pop-up that says, "Deleting [app name] will also delete all of its data," tap Delete.
