the worse customer care ever
Hi apple team
i am apple user i had iphone 4s and 5s finally i got the iphone 6 20/6/2015 it was defected i went to customer care Raya Egypt on 23/6/2015 they said it will take 6 weeks to replace my new device witch is to long i said its ok i will wait
after 6 weeks they said its not ready you will receive it on 23/8/2015 i was very upset and until now 31/8/2015 i did not receive my device
i called the customer service to see what is going on i want an email to complain they said go to the website and hang the phone while i am talking .
i think this is not a way to treat your client if this is acceptable from your side i think its time to move to another brand that value loyal customers ,
