My trackpad has been very jittery and jumpy recently. Occasionally it will come up connection lost and a restart is the only thing that will clear it.
I updated to 10.10.5 a few weeks ago but I think it's been happening since before the update.
Anyone else getting this ?

clean your trackpad with a damp cloth. Do not use tap water as it can leave residue, do not use alcohol as it can strip and discolor. Use deionized or demineralized water.
Tried that mate but it didn't work. Pretty sure it's a software problem as my Mini completely froze up yesterday and I had to switch it off using the power button to get it to reset.
Sometimes it constantly come up connection to trackpad lost then it reconnects and just does that over and over until it crashes.

If your Wi-Fi is capable of generating a 5 GHz signal, try that.
Trackpad or Magic Trackpad is jumpy or erratic
Restart the computer holding down the command - option/alt - P - R keys before the gray screen appears. Continue to hold until you hear the startup chime for the second time.
