I don't live in NJ and unless somebody happens along who does I don't think you will get a speedy, definitive reply. Apple does not keep that kind of detail on its site other than saying you will be charged taxes where applicable. You will probably get more information on the variability by reading the link I provided as it seems to vary by state and even by municipality.

Sales tax on iTunes purchases here is 7%, the same as sales tax in Store.
