Restore, SetUp As New - Health and Achievement data

So I just got back from a Genius Bar appointment For my iPhone 6 - have had battery issues over the last week. They ran diagnostics and the battery is ok, but it's a software issue and have been advised to Restore the iPhone and Set Up as new.

My only big concern about data loss is the Achievments I've worked hard to get over the last three month in the Acrivity app and some Health data

If I set up as new, this data won't come back via iCloud.

is there another way?

Health data is only backed up and restored if you use an encrypted back up. You can export the data from the Health app by tapping on Health Data>All then tapping on the sharing icon in the upper right. Your data will be emailed to you. To the best of my knowledge, there's no way to import it back into the Health app.

Same problem here.

There is a way to get Health data back after a restore with this littler tool: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/health-importer/id930943780?ls=1&mt=8

But no way to get the Activity data back. So far. I know there is a way with 3rd party apps like iMazing but I don't know how that works yet...
