iPhone Sync on job tasks

Hi,

The company where I work, bought some iPhones to the engineers and we are getting problems with one.

The enginner has his contacts as everyone has, but when he sync the iPhone with Windows or Outlook, a lot of files with names "ModGrp" appear on Outlook and on his iPhone all contacts are duplicated, sometimes triplicated and more...

I followed some advices and even tried a solution on this forum, but didn't work.

Is it possible to get some help please?

The phone is iPhone 5S and the Windows from laptop is Windows 7 Pro x64.

Hi.

I'm still having the problem and I'm losing a lot of contacts.

I tried som hints from the forum, but still not working.

The last time I synced the iPhone, to try a post on forum I lost 300 contacts.

I really need help, it's about work and not only fun.
