Facetime on my ipad has stopped connecting since the latest 8.4.1 update why?

Hi there Carol,


I see from your post that your iPad is having issues with FaceTime calls. To troubleshoot issues with making or receiving FaceTime calls, I suggest that you go through the troubleshooting in the article linked to below.


If you can't make or receive FaceTime calls - Apple Support

thanks for your reply however I had already gone through all the relevant checks prior to me posting my question, my iPhone has not been updated to iOS 8.4.1 and FaceTime is still working on that, please fix this problem as it looks as if other Apple ipad owners are having the same issues.
