I have no MATCH tab in my iTunes on my Mac. Also, under the STORE menu, there is no mention of Match.

Go to menu > general preferences. Check iCloud Music Library (new name)

To update iTunes library go to file > library

The screen shot is from iTunes for Mac from menu > iTunes > preferences. If you are subscribed to iTunes Match you don't have a match tab or see iTunes Match under Store.
