I simply want to open my music on my iPhone and hit the shuffel button like I used to to start shuffel playing my entire library. Can seem to do this with the recent upgrade. Any information how to do this out there??

Tap the name of the song where it appears just above For You - New - Radio - etc. This should show a now playing screen with large artwork and various player controls including shuffle and repeat. You should be able to ask Siri as well.
