Q: Is OS 8.4.1 compatible with OS 10.7.5 for macbook iTunes.  Can't sync

2007 macbook pro OS 10.7.5 suddenly will not sync with iPhone OS 8.4.1.  Any idea why?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

    Hi ???j,

    I understand that you are having issues with syncing your iPhone with your MacBook Pro and that it can be frustrating when it does not work. Let's see if we can get this back up and working for you.

    If you are referring to music and want to sync with iTunes, then you will want to turn off iCloud Music Library. With this off, you will be able to sync normally like you have always done in the past.

    If you are using Apple Music then you will want to use iCloud Music Library, this will make so you do not have to sync and you will see the music that is in iTunes show up on your iPhone. Take a look at the article below to go over those settings and choose which one you would like to do.
