How do I get I-phone 5s to complete send of message
My iPhone 5s IOS8.4.1 sometimes will not complete sending a message. It starts to send, then stops before completing the send

This often happens when the cellular signal is very weak or when the carriers cell towers are overwhelmed by more traffic than the tower can handle.
Try resetting your phone. Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button continuously until the Apple logo appears. Then release the button and let the device restart. You will not lose data doing this. It's like a computer reboot.
