how to access lost photos accidentally removed from iphone 5C

I accidentally sent all my photos on my iPhone 5C to the iCloud Photo Library and now I can't find them anywhere!!!

Where are they and how can I access them and get some of them back on my iPhone?

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.4.1

Turning on iCloud Photo Library won't affect the photos on your phone, if something has happenend to the photos on your phone, you have done something else to them.
