iTunes won't open in 64 or 32 Bit Mode

iTunes gives me a prompt to start up in 32 Bit Mode via Finder preference. I click 32 Bit Mode in Finder but it won't start up, even when I restart my machine. I've run disk permissions to no avail. iTunes won't start up even though it did yesterday with no upgrades/changes since then.

Any thoughts?

OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
