Hey, so i want to repair my ipad, but unfortunately I don't know what topic i should pick. If anyone could help me, that'd be great thanks. The problem is that the iPad doesn't charge, even if its a good cable and brand new, so the iPad is to blame, not the wires. I broke it, but not sure which topic suits it. I want to pick the right one so i can send it.

When you connect your iPad to the wall socket what happens?
Try a Reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down
Until you see Apple Logo .

As far as what forum, this one is fine. Not quite sure what your question is? Are you trying to figure out how to request repair service from Apple? Start here - https://www.apple.com/support/ipad/repair/ - and select Battery & Power, then follow the on screen instructions.
I've tried everything that Apple suggests and I know for the fact it's the iPad that's broken.
Yeah I'm on that website already, but then when you start a request, it has a range list of topics and I'm not sure which one is the correct one. Also, basically you know the charger hole inside our iDevices, where we plug our cables/lightning ports. Well for my iPad, its broke, which basically means that it wont charge, even if its a fully, good, new charger.
Then select Other rather than Battery & Power. Pick one, they will figure out the problem when they see it.
Or take it to an Apple Store (make an appointment first) or an Authorized Service Center.
Okay thank you, and finally, there's an option to send the device. It's the most recommended one,but I don't really get how that works. Does someone come to the house and you give to them to take to the shop or what? If you could help that'd be great
If you elect to send it to Apple, they will send a box for it with instructions.
I think it will be too complicated for me, i will just go to the apple store, I don't want to do something stupid. Thanks for the help.
