I Have done all the resets and a full back up and restore on iTunes. All networks are seen but will let me join. All passwords I use are all correct. My iPad is no problem with the networks.

And you have go to Settings/General/Reset - Reset network settings? If it happens with all networks the problem is most likely a hardware failure.
Tries that and nothing. Also my hp laptop won't connect either. Right beside the router. Plug in is fine though. But my iPad still connects fine.
Ah, that would point to the router as the problem. Reboot it by removing all power for about 15 seconds.
