Unable to access PhotoStream after system restore?

I went to the Apple Store to have my phone fixed due to a logic board problem, and I had to restore my phone back to factory settings and restore from a backup dating back to January of this year. I asked the lady who helped me at the Genius Bar if I would still be able to access photos on my PhotoStream from my iPad, and she said yes, but only for 30 days. After my phone was restored, I tried to access PhotoStream from my iPad but it was nowhere to be found. I can't even find PhotoStream on my iPhone either. I didn't want to have to turn PhotoStream off, delete everything, then turn it back on because that would defeat the purpose of what I'm trying to do. Is there still a way to access those photos?
