After Windows 10 install on both of my computers, iTunes says computer not authorized.

After installing Windows 10 on my laptop & wife's desktop, when I try to access my iTunes music I get a message saying computer not authorized. When I try to authorize, iTunes says computer already authorized. So, I try again to play music and I get the not authorized message again. Same issue on both computers. Ugh...
