I have iCloud running on Windows 10 without any issues.

How do you know iCloud was the cause of the crash?

I downloaded Windows 10 about a month ago when it first came out - my son was the one who figured it out - we removed the program and the flashing stopped. Several people mentioned this in the only information we could find on Google. It must have been fixed! Thanks, when I get my courage up and have my computer team handy, I'll try to add it back on.
