How can I make folders when my account only has inbox sent and trash and no edit option

Are you using an IMAP or a POP3 mail account?

That is whey you do not have the edit option, you can only create folders with an IMAP account.

I Can make folders on my other account gmail which is also a pop

Probably not, Gmail has pretty much shut down their POP servers. You can only do so if it is set up as an IMAP account.
