Why won't my iPad charge?

Hi, my iPad mini (first one) will NOT charge. It has the last iOS update, and I've only had it less than a year. I broke my first charger physically so I got another (the one I got was not an Apple charger though) and it stopped charging after a little while, and I got another one, only for it to slowly stop charging till it won't at all. 😟 So is it the iPad or the chargers?
