Howdy biggest_eb,

It sounds as if since updating your computer's operating system to Windows 10, when you connect your iPhone to the computer the phone is not recognized by iTunes, is that correct?

I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article - iPhone, iPad, or iPod not recognized in iTunes for Windows.

If you get to the link Reinstall iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8 the instructions are valid for Windows 10 as well.

Here are the steps from the Microsoft support site about where to go to uninstall the components in the order listed in the above article:

Repair or remove programs - Microsoft Windows

  1. On the Start menu select Settings.
  2. In Settings, select System > Apps & features.
  3. Select the program, and then select Uninstall.
  4. Follow the directions on the screen.

To reinstall iTunes, you can go to this page - iTunes - Download iTunes Now.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

Best to you.
