Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

"Your purchase could not be completed".

My billing info is up to date and I have the money available but it continues to to do this. It keeps asking me to contact support so here I am. Any help?

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag

- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column

- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
