Why is my iTune Store blank when I open up the app ??

wwhy is my iTune Store App blank when I open it up to search for music to download ??

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.4.1

I see that you the iTunes and possibly the App Store. I would start with forcing all open applications to close and restart the device. Once this is done, test accessing the iTunes and App Stores.
